Terms and Conditions of Entry for Fight Knight™ Event Hosted by Tyr’s Warriors Inc.
Welcome to “Fight Knight,” hosted by Tyr’s Warriors Inc. (legal name Queensland Medieval Combat (Tyr’s Warriors Branch) Inc.). To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following terms and conditions apply to all who enter the event premises. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
General Admission
1. Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket (either physical or electronic) upon entry. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
2. Identification: Attendees must present valid photo identification upon request to verify age and identity. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID card.
3. Age Restrictions:
– Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian). Identification may be required to verify age and guardianship.

Conduct and Behaviour
4. Prohibited Behaviour:
– Aggressive, disruptive, or abusive behaviour, including but not limited to verbal threats, physical altercations, and any form of bullying or intimidation, will not be tolerated.
– Any form of violence, harassment, or discrimination against any individual based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability is strictly prohibited.
– Attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel at all times.
5. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including drug use and possession, will be reported to the authorities and will result in immediate ejection from the event. This includes compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
Alcohol and Substance Use
6. Alcohol Consumption:
– The sale and consumption of alcohol are subject to Queensland and Australian laws. Attendees must be 18 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol.
– Attendees are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the event.
– Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or asked to leave the event. Responsible service of alcohol guidelines will be strictly enforced. Bartenders and event staff have the right to refuse service to any attendee.
7. Responsible Alcohol Consumption:
– Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly. Excessive consumption of alcohol is discouraged.
– Water and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the event.

8. Prohibited Substances: The possession, sale, or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection from the event and notification to the police.

9. Bag Checks and Searches: For security purposes, all bags and personal items may be searched upon entry. Refusal to consent to a search will result in denied entry. If prohibited items are found, they may be confiscated, and the attendee may be refused entry or ejected from the event.
10. Prohibited Items: The following items are not permitted:
– Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, knives, and any other items deemed dangerous by event staff.
– Glass bottles or containers.
– Illegal substances and drug paraphernalia.
– Flammable liquids or aerosols.
– Any item that could be used to cause harm or disrupt the event.
– Other items as determined by security personnel.
11. Crowd Control:
– Attendees must comply with all crowd control measures and barriers set by event staff.
– Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
– In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of event staff and emergency services personnel.
Liability and Responsibility
12. Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own actions and belongings. Tyr’s Warriors Inc. This includes incidents arising from natural disasters or other force majeure events.

15. Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions or any applicable laws will result in immediate ejection from the event and possible legal action.
