If you require a companion to assist you due to a disability, we offer Companion Card tickets to ensure you can enjoy our events with the support you need. Please review the following terms and conditions for booking your companion card tickets.
1. Eligibility for Companion Card Tickets
To be eligible for a Companion Card, you must be a ticket holder who requires a carer or companion due to a disability. Your companion’s ticket will be provided at no charge when you meet the eligibility requirements.
2. How to Apply for Companion Card Tickets
To request a companion ticket, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@tyrswarriors.club with a copy of your valid Companion Card.
Receive Code: Once we verify your Companion Card, we will send you a unique code to access your companion card tickets.
Book Your Tickets: Use the provided code to book your tickets through our website.
3. Companion Card Usage
Companion Cards are for individuals requiring assistance due to a disability. The companion cardholder must attend with the ticket holder to gain entry. Additional companions will need to purchase standard tickets.
4. Accessible Seating and Ticketing
We offer accessible seating options for individuals with mobility requirements. When you request your companion card tickets, please let us know if you have any specific seating needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Verification
To verify your eligibility for a companion card, you will need to provide a copy of your valid Companion Card. This is a necessary step in the booking process to ensure that the companion ticket is used correctly.
6. Non-Transferability
Companion tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person listed on the booking. Any misuse or fraudulent claims may result in the cancellation of the tickets.

Unfortunately, accessible toilet and change facilities are not available on site.

Fight Knight is designed to be an exciting and inclusive experience for all attendees. We strive to accommodate everyone, but please note that some elements of the event may not be suitable for individuals with certain sensitivities or special needs. These include:
Noisy Environment: The event features live music, cheers, and the sounds of battle, which may be overwhelming for individuals sensitive to loud noises. Earplugs are provided.
Crowds and Crowded Areas: As a high-energy event, Fight Knight can attract large crowds, and some areas may become crowded.
Bright/Strobing Lights: There will be bright lights and strobe effects during certain parts of the event, which may not be suitable for people with light sensitivities or conditions like epilepsy.
Wheelchair Accessibility: We will ask that you please inform us if a wheelchair is required before the event, to ensure a space has been provided.
If you have any concerns or require accommodations, please reach out to us in advance, and we will do our best to make arrangements to ensure your comfort and safety.
