(legal name Queensland Medieval Combat (Tyr\u2019s Warriors Branch) Inc.). To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following terms and conditions apply to all who enter the event premises. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Admission<\/strong><br \/>1. Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket (either physical or electronic) upon entry. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.<br \/>2. Identification: Attendees must present valid photo identification upon request to verify age and identity. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver\u2019s license, passport, or government-issued ID card.<br \/>3. Age Restrictions:<br \/>\u2013 Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian). Identification may be required to verify age and guardianship.<br \/>\u2013 Some areas of the event, such as those where alcohol is served, may be restricted to attendees aged 18 and over. The legal drinking age in Queensland is 18.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>Conduct and Behaviour<\/strong><br \/>4. Prohibited Behaviour:<br \/>\u2013 Aggressive, disruptive, or abusive behaviour, including but not limited to verbal threats, physical altercations, and any form of bullying or intimidation, will not be tolerated.<br \/>\u2013 Any form of violence, harassment, or discrimination against any individual based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability is strictly prohibited.<br \/>\u2013 Attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel at all times.<br \/>5. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including drug use and possession, will be reported to the authorities and will result in immediate ejection from the event. This includes compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>Alcohol and Substance Use<\/strong><br \/>6. Alcohol Consumption:<br \/>\u2013 The sale and consumption of alcohol are subject to Queensland and Australian laws. Attendees must be 18 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol.<br \/>\u2013 Attendees are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the event.<br \/>\u2013 Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or asked to leave the event. Responsible service of alcohol guidelines will be strictly enforced. Bartenders and event staff have the right to refuse service to any attendee.<br \/>7. Responsible Alcohol Consumption:<br \/>\u2013 Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly. Excessive consumption of alcohol is discouraged.<br \/>\u2013 Water and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the event.<br \/>\u2013 Event staff will monitor the consumption of alcohol and may intervene if necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees.<br \/>8. Prohibited Substances: The possession, sale, or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection from the event and notification to the police.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>Safety and Security<\/strong><br \/>9. Bag Checks and Searches: For security purposes, all bags and personal items may be searched upon entry. Refusal to consent to a search will result in denied entry.
